ProcessWorks, Inc. is a national leader in employee benefit plan administration. When the IRS began drafting the first version of the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan (FSA) in 1986, ProcessWorks was at the front line, supporting its development. Today, the FSA plan is just one of the many administrative services we offer to our clients and their employees.
In 2006, ProcessWorks became a wholly owned subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare®, a UnitedHealth Group Company. Today we contract with thousands of employers, representing over a half a million employees.
